It is my deep-seated belief that art is a powerful gateway to personal growth and well-being. Creating art isn't just about colours and shapes; it's a way to release stress, stimulate creative thinking, enhance brain plasticity, and nurture your mental health. The best part? It's accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or skill level.

Being an artist is an innate calling, a deep-seated passion that flows within us from birth. My artistic journey has been marked by hands-on experience, learning through trial and error, self-discovery, and my unwavering dedication to art. I've had the privilege of learning from the best, with invaluable workshops led by Ina van Schalkwyk and Lucas de Wit. Studying the works of artists like Vladimer Volegov has also enriched my artistic perspective.

In my own creative process, I work primarily with pastels, oils, watercolors, acrylics, and mixed media. Today, I find my artistic home in Klippoortje, Germiston, where my studio serves as a sanctuary for my creative spirit. It's here that I continue to explore, innovate, and translate the beauty of my surroundings onto canvas.
